Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you know about a new feature I just finished building into the forums. Now you can press the Quote button to quote a specific post or comment for easy reference as the conversation gets longer.

Lots of New Features!

I'm adding new features every day. I thought this deserved a mention, since it directly changes the user interface in one of the most-used areas: Comments.

I've recently added some new features to node and comment posts, including easily insertable Smileys Cool and some helper formatting buttons just over the main text-edit area, such as Bold, Italic, Lists, and a Live Preview button.

The Live Preview button looks like an eye, and replaces the old "Preview comment" button that used to be next to the "Post comment" button. To use the Live Preview, just click the eye once to see the preview, then click it again to go back to editing. This is much faster than the old method. Just be aware that your Smileys won't activate until you actually Post the comment.

And hey, while you're at it, take a look at the new Image Galleries (click Pictures) and the new Topics menu system. Big Grin
