Oh man, I never got to see anything that great when I worked at Wal-Mart. Either case, that made my day.
P.S: The U-Scan is pure Hell. They need to get rid of those, I am a firm believer of the idea that U-Scans purely exist to make Wal-mart employees slowly go mad. Here's my reasoning:
Innocent shoppers don't notice this, but ONE U-scan never has problems. They are all individual units, but One never goes down. In my time controlling 4 U-scans, it was never one, or two of them having minor issues. It was ALL OF THEM AT ONCE. It goes from standing there doing nothing but reading the screen to All 4 customers coming up to me, all with unique complicated problems with the machine. None of those problems I was near qualified to fix, they were all bizarre issues no one's seen before that required a manager.
At my Wal-mart, there was never a manager nearby, haha.
There's also the fact that half the people in walmart use the U-scan to re-tag or bag stuff without paying for it. I hated having to be on the lookout for that crap. I loathe having to think the worst of every new person I see and watch everyone like an angry hawk. Yet, Wal-mart keeps it there even 85% of their profit loss is because of the U-Scan. /facepalm
What happened to the days of bread vendors on the streets of a quiet village? I'd totally do that.
Just bake breads and other confections through the day and sell them, sounds wonderful to me!
