Monster-sized-penises jokes aside, when I think of nightclubs, I think of lots of happy people having fun, if also energetic. And when you say "You know you wanna be there", Damn skippy I do! It sounds like an awesome good time! Never been to a nightclub before and can't say it's typically my favorite scene but it sounds fun to go to with friends.

I have definitely run into energy vampires, especially online. I've had a handful of friends in Warcraft alone that, despite maybe being nice people, will drag your ear off your head with their tales of constant real-life heartbreak and sorrow and 'dis themselves constantly. I even know one guy that's generally a decent fellow, but fits that description to a tea and has even uttered the sentence:
"I do feed and thrive on drama."
