Trance, Dance, and Techno are by far my favorite types of music to work out to. I usually just set Winamp to my favorite Trance station (called Digitally Imported), or turn on one of the Techno stations on cable DMX. Some of the ones you mentioned, like Zombie and Evanescence, are among my favorites when I'm in the mood for rock/metal. Industrial gets me pumped up. I love all types of music. I've even been known to work out to Beethoven. Any music that is fast-paced and energetic works for me.
