Thanks Marie!

To answer your question, yes and no. I've always had a powerful will when I'm focused, but I've definitely had my share of weak moments as well. As far as WoW, I've taken a few months off before, but I came back mostly to hang out with my friends there. Getting out of WoW is something I've been thinking about again, because I have a lot of other things I'd like to put that time and energy into. It's nice to see you on Life Chat and to know that we have a way to stay in touch here.

One thing I've noticed about WoW is that if you stop playing it even for a day or two, it's a lot easier to stay away from it. The longer you stay away from it, the easier it gets. If you play even just a little each day, it draws you in. They've really designed it to be addictive, that's for sure. There are positive things about it, such as social interaction, mental stimulation and fun, but there are other ways to get those, some of which are surely more productive in the long run.

And yes, this diet is primarily about the cleansing and balancing of my body, mind, and spirit. This is where I got much of the will to do it. If it were just about losing weight, I probably wouldn't have done it, or at least not to this extent. I didn't even think about weight loss at all when I started. However, when I noticed that I was losing weight also, it felt like a nice bonus, and gave me even more motivation to continue. I've been carrying around some extra chub for a while now, and it's nice to be lighter. I've already noticed that I can jump much more easily now. I'm really looking forward to being able to do a lot more in my free-running with a lighter body.

The thing that really surprised me though was just how energetic I've been feeling. Considering my caffeine intake is similar to levels I get quite often, it's not that. I think the cleansing and balancing have affected me even more than I realized they would, to feel this energetic even when eating very little.
